while the products are relatively similar to the photo, what made my review have such little positivity is that I tried contacting the sellers multiple times (through email and website) through the course of over 7+ days for a refund, and only then were they able to contact me with little tact or sympathy for my issue (their unspoken compromise was that they'd allow me to keep the already-shipped item (it shipped 3 days after my first email) with no worries of refunding it, but I find that the carelessness is both unprofessional and absurd in a business sense). generally, the largest complaint I have with this product and shop in general is the poor customer service, otherwise this product would simply be average at best (many other shops offer this same product, arguably at lower prices). I expect better treatment for future customers, as I wouldn't want anyone else to have the same issue if they decide to purchase from this store.

Adorable plush. Nice and soft, Do wish the shirt was a bit stitched more so that it doesn't flip up. Still good though. I'd recommend for anyone looking for a plush to buy. Also a good price for the plushy :>
