Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@flufflestore.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
